Iceberg Lettuce (96%)

Darker greens contain more fibre, folate, and vitamin K, but crispy iceberg is the best choice for staying hydrated.

Celery (95%)

Celery is also a good source of fibre. You can make a healthy snack by adding some protein-rich nut butter.

Radishes (95%)

This root vegetable is low in calories, but high in fibre and vitamin C. Add them to your green salad, or grated them into a summer coleslaw.

Tomatoes (94%)

They are often mistakenly referred to as vegetables. However, they contain the most water. Lycopene is also found in tomatoes, which prevents cell damage.

Bell Peppers (92%)

Bell peppers come in all colours, but the green ones are the most water-rich. Bell peppers also contain a lot of antioxidants.
